If the item you ordered is not quite what you had in mind you can return it for an exchange or refund, exclusive of shipping costs, within 10 days of date of purchase. We will recover the raw cost of postage, even if your order was sent with a free postage offer.

All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original packaging. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returing it as we will not be able to offer a refund. White Mica is not responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
