COVID-19 IMPACT:

As we all know, Covid-19 has had huge impact on all of us. Small businesses have not been spared the repercussions of this pandemic and it has impacted everything from our sales, stock levels, shipping cycles & lead-times.

Border closures, limited cargo flights and limited labour (all on sides of the supply chain) has added significant extra costs and lead times to some of our products. We hope you have your support and understanding during this time.

 

BOOK APPOINTMENTS:

With our Alexandria store, we are still open to the public and operating during normal business hours. However, we urge you to call and book in a time to visit us. We are trying to avoid too many customers at the shop at one given time. 

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING & HAND SANITISING:

We would also like to request you to socially distance (try and maintain a 1.5m distance between yourselves and other customers) while at the shop and sanitise your hands on entry Hand sanitiser will be placed at the door entrance for your use. 

 

ONLINE ORDERS & WALLPAPER LEAD TIMES:

For all online orders, we are working extremely hard to get your orders out as soon as possible. If there are any extra delays for whatever reason, we will be sure to call and notify you and provide you with options. 

For wallpapers, while we hold some items in stock and have some collections with short lead times, some others have slightly longer lead times than usual. Typically an extra 2 weeks added to the 2-3 week lead time orders.
