All our ‘stocked’ products are shipped anywhere in Australia within 3-10 working days and all ‘indent order’ products have a lead-time of 2-6 weeks depending on availability on the manufacturers end. If your product is urgent, please contact us for lead-times prior to placing an order.
Dispatch includes for one (1) delivery only by Courier to your nominated address at the time of order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery and the product is eventually returned to us, you will have to bear the cost for additional delivery at the original cost. Signatures are not required for all deliveries unless specified otherwise.
At White Mica, you are entitled to choose a refund OR repair OR exchange OR credit if the products you’ve purchased are faulty, significantly different to those shown or described to you or are not doing what they’re supposed to do. Please ensure to keep your receipts as proof of purchase.
If products are damaged during the installation process, we do not offer a refund of exchange so please be sure to check your products prior to installation.
When you buy, please choose your products carefully, as we do not provide refunds for change of mind. This is due to the specialty nature of our products whereby most products are ordered in specifically for you.
We DO NOT accept any returns on our paint products particularly the ones colour tinted to order. We do consider exchanges on a case by case basis. This only applies to pre-tinted paints. Product must be un-opened and sealed if a product exchange is approved.
